Welcome to your confessional, Allie!

This may be the most important place in the game. It's where you will vote and more importantly, talk to us! Feel free to divulge your darkest secrets, current strategies, alliances, and hell... just pure hatred for other players. You are the only player that can view this forum. Outside of Alumni and Hosts, it is completely private. We love getting the dirt and there are plenty of us here to ask you questions. As you can see, this thread is labeled "Episode 00". Each round (meaning challenge + council) we will start a new thread with the title of each episode. After every Tribal Council, a host will start a new thread asking you more questions. Again, this is your forum and you can feel free to start whatever topics or make whatever posts you like. We will be here to help you out, make you think, get you to talk, and really just lend an ear.

We take confessionals seriously because we're genuinely interested in your story. We want to know everything you're thinking and more importantly, what you're feeling. Think of it as free therapy. We will be guiding you along the way and asking you questions, provoking thought and helping you think about things you otherwise might not have. We find that just talking through your situation can help you get a fresh perspective on things.

Beyond that, it's just fun. What's more fun is having a record of what you were thinking at different stages of the game, and being able to look back on that is priceless so take advantage of it!

Here is a practice mini-challenge for you to work on. It is a challenge that might appear once or twice throughout the season in a different form. While it will be easier to do in the actual challenge using a puzzle-builder, this will help you practice reposting images. Image posting is something that will pop up in multiple challenges and is a skill that you should perfect. Please refer to the guide in the Camp forum for detailed instructions on how to post images.

This particular challenge is a 4x4 16-piece puzzle. You must correctly unscramble the puzzle using the ORIGINAL image links. Meaning, you can't simply rearrange them in a photo editing program. You must use the original images by using the IMG tag. (more information on this in the camp how-to threads.

Good luck, please ask us for any help or further instructions :)

You will need to reply to this thread ahead of the season and sign the rules in order to avoid being replaced.

One task you must complete before Thursday’s launch:

Both tribes will receive a dossier from the opposing tribe detailing their members. Whose dossier belongs to whom will remain anonymous.

You can answer the questions below as truthfully or dishonestly as you choose, but beware… The information below will play a crucial part in the decision making of the season and being dishonest could hurt your chances in the long run.

Again, no one will know who wrote the answers to the questions. They will only be referred to as Castaway #1, Castaway #2, etc…

1. How would you describe your performance in challenges. Strengths/Weaknesses?
2. How would you describe your strategy in the game?
3. How loyal would you describe yourself?
4. How competitive are you?
5. How well do you work with others?
6. Is there anything you would like the other tribe to know about you that you haven’t mentioned?

1. How would you describe your performance in challenges. Strengths/Weaknesses?

Strengths : Puzzles, Endurance, Posting, Teamworking, Speed.
Weaknesses : Trivias, Word Challenges.

2. How would you describe your strategy in the game?

Be aware of where I stand in the game, and take action from there. Either build my way up on the totem pole, or protect my good rank if I have one.

3. How loyal would you describe yourself?

I will be loyal to you as long as I feel like you're working with me. I don't cut allies just for the heck of building a resume. There needs to be serious justification.

4. How competitive are you?

Very. I will not just lay down my torch for you. Come get me yourself.

5. How well do you work with others?

Well. I like cooperating more than average.

6. Is there anything you would like the other tribe to know about you that you haven’t mentioned?

Please pick me to join your tribe or send me idols. They wanna vote me out already. Joking.

Confessional

I have not competed in a survivor game in a few years, and I'm a little tired of this pandemic lockdown, I need to go out. So this adventure was for me. I would say I'm mostly here for entertainment, but not gonna lie, this little demon on my left shoulder is whispering in my ears : win this. I'm selfish. I don't give my game away to someone. Even when I plan to, I end up not really doing it. Am I a backstabbing little bitch ? No, not really. I'm loyal in general. I would rather keep my allies than some neutral little shits that could vote my ass off, you know ! So I want to protect my allies for as long as I can. As long as it's not too stupid either. If the whole jury is praising for someone to win, no one I'm taking that person to the end even if they're a ride or die since day one... there's a limit to being loyal...

Coming into the game, my strengths are my challenge performance, I fight hard in every challenges. I rarely throw them. Especially in survivor. Votes could go everywhere anytime, don't wanna be a blindside. So even though it might paint a target on my back, I'm just saying... most of the games I won, I wouldn't if I didn't win certain challenges. And most games I was voted out 'because I was a challenge threat', I was voted out because I was actually not part of the majority alliance. So there's nothing to worry about here. Just win your shit, and deal with the politics after that. I'm also observant, and this is a very important aspect of the game. You need to be aware of where you stand in the game with the others. Knowing what their intentions might be, etc. This will help you make smarter decisions, and knowing when it's time for you to campaign or shut up. Cause if you don't observe too well, then you're playing in the dark and you better hope someone wants to take you to the end in their agenda, and you better have something to plead your case to the jury, you know...

Now my weaknesses, I would say my social skills. It is hard for me to find people to bond with, and I sometimes find myself limited. But I'm aware of that, and I can still find my way in. I make finals more often than I get voted out, so I must be doing something right ?

To counterbalance that, I'm a very cooperative person. Outside of this, I play cooperative games with my friends regularly. I feel like these bring people together, even when not in a 'social' context, it just gives the same effect actually.

If my team is good in challenges, I can play my part like nothing, but if my team sucks and I happen to be the best of my team, then I just find it normal to boss my team around to lead them to a victory. I just think this is how it works. I play a strategy RTS game called Age of Empires. They are always team games, four versus four. And this an unwritten rule in that world of gaming : The best player of the team call the shots, and the others shut the fuck up. If you don't understand this, you're the annoying one. :gun:

Coming into this game, I'm excited about this pirate theme.

It reminds me of Black Sails.

I just feel like playing that song everytime I enter this board.

Oh, and we were given coins. Oh yea, I loooove stacking coins. I'm definitely not giving them away for stupid shits. I'm greedy, I wanna be rich. I don't know how we find coins, but I'll keep an eye everywhere I can. If coins mean power, I want them. And if I'm voted out, then I'll hand my coins to someone who is in need. I want to see the game get shaken like a note in a bottle.
