Oh hello there, you surprised me. Why, I was just in the middle of reading some of my favorite poems in front of this cozy fireplace. As many of you know, Stranded receives federal funding if we can convince them this program is furthering the arts*, so Poody personally requested** that I share some of my deep and sexy thoughts with you via poetry. Won't you join me as we take a detour from Stranded: Tumorous and delve into the fantastical world of poetry?

This week's poem is about someone we all know and know is a host: Danni. Danni has been helping host Stranded for over 40 years***, and his work has not gone unnoticed. To commemorate his contribution, sacrifice, and my newfound ability to consistently remember his name, I wrote this little poem about him. Enjoy!

Crumpet

He ain’t a floosie, a trollop, nor strumpet,
yet he still taunts me, with that dummy thicc crumpet

His tasks and challenges will surely have you a-huffin;
it's so hard to focus, with that moist banana nut-muffin

Ask him about Stranded and you’re sure to get a jaw-ful,
but I can only focus, on that slippery little waffle

At the end of the day, he’s just another Survivor nutter,
but before you go see him, be sure to bring some butter
