1. On Thursday, we had a tribe swap and then a long weekend. Who did you spend the weekend bonding with? Is there anyone you feel much closer to than before?
2. At surface level, Te Poto dominated the last challenge, time-wise. Does challenge strength way into the way you would vote, going forward? How have you approached challenges this season?
3. A new idol was hidden at your tribe camp. Have you decided to hunt for it? If so, where have you been looking?
On Thursday, we had a tribe swap and then a long weekend. Who did you spend the weekend bonding with? Is there anyone you feel much closer to than before?
Well, I was pretty lazy this weekend. After a long week of working a lot plus surviving on the regular here, I had to take a short break. It was nice though, I got to smoke, play with my cat, go on a few walks, and tie up some loose ends with my graduate school applications. This all being said, I felt a little more closer to Aurora last night thanks to her effortless way of planning and practicing the challenge. I also am talking to Rocker and Tai more. As of right now, it seems to me that Rocker is pushing a Tai vote which I'm sure is fueled by Jess, who I'm almost certain is playing both sides right now between returnees and fans. Of course she'll deny it, but it's the truth whether she knows that or not. I'm sure she feels more bonded to Rocker and Aurora over at least Michael and Shamar. I'm sure she has a closeness with Alexis through Liz though.
Last nights vote out also seems to be pretty brutal, and it's no good news for myself. Laura was a great partner to have and I really did consider her my right hand man, my ride or die. We worked really well together and saw things eye to eye, and I'm sure thats part of why she was voted out over there. Us being alienated over there really brought us together. I'm sure Liz and the other returnees saw the potential she had to uproot things and swiftly voted her out. Laura, you were great to get to know and work with. I'm hoping to avenge you somehow and in order to do that I'll have to find out what happened. And as for Tai, I think Tai may be an unhelpable cause. People really aren't thrilled that he keeps saying he won't be around to participate as much. I get why you'd want to give people that heads up but of course it's gonna work against you. this all being said, I found it really odd how Rocker just came up to me and told me that Tai would be the easy vote? Like he just wanted to get ahead of the message and put Tai's name out there to avoid hearing his own. Well, as long as it isn't me I'm okay with that. But I'm not trying to make my allies stronger here, and I think keeping Rocker or Aurora in this game could keep someone like Jess stronger. We'll see how the day goes and how tonight goes.

Well, challenge strength never mattered too much to me because a lot of the fuck ups we see in some of these challenges are due to uncontrollable and unforeseeable reasons. That being said, there still are a few ways to fuck up a challenge here. But we did great last night. In a way, being good at the challenges does led me to want to keep someone around a little longer, such as Aurora, but it's not gonna decide my vote.

Well yes, i did buy a clue. I wasn't sure of how many clues I could buy so I just bought one. That being said, I'm pretty useless on my own with this one so I'm gonna show this new alliance of mine, Alexis, Mike, and Jess. I'll see what they have to say about it. It'll build trust between all of us. But I've been looking on the wikipedia page of Tuamotus and other french-polynesia forums.
I'm overall not sure how I'm positioned in this game. There's even one returnee (stephannie) who I haven't met yet. So we'll see how that plays out. But, I'd like to think I'm in a good enough position where I'll be okay for a few votes. I need to work on inner alliance relationships and continue strengthening bonds with people. Because these will prove to be the most crucial.
Well I found something that could be the answer to the idol clue that relates to Tuamotus but of course it says it's wrong. UGH! back to the drawing board but i think im on the right path with reefs and coral
