Let’s just take a moment to celebrate the fact that I was not first OR second boot. That’s an accomplishment. Lol. This week seemed pretty chill yet SO STRESSFUL at the same damn time.
TRIBAL
So basically, we kinda agreed that the person we were gonna vote off was someone who probably wasn’t as active. It’s the only thing that made sense. So there were various names thrown out such as Erik, Reynold and Hope. At first I was totally on board for Reynold, but then I remembered Erick had literally gone MIA, so now I’m like well, I think we found our person. However, it was never really set in stone until maybe about an hour until tribal. Basically Erik’s name came up a lot so it was a pretty easy week for us. I did feel bad because he did become more active a couple hours before tribal, but his name was already set in stone at that point. So again, I knew that everyone was gonna vote for Erik and it really didn’t matter to me since I didn’t really have that strong of a connection with him, so either way I didn’t care if we kept him or if we lost him.
TRIBE SWAP
Tribal went really smoothly and the vote was 11-1 for Erik to go. So after tribal, here I was expecting to get our first immunity challenge, but then I saw “Drop. Your. Buffs” and bitch I was SHOOK. A part of me was sad to be having a tribe swap so early on in the game, because I just spent time getting to know these people and making these connections and now all of sudden I have to get to know even more people…IT WAS TOO SOON. So basically I had to act like I was excited but deep down I was mad lol. but anyways I was happy to see Allie, I feel like me and her have gotten close to each other and now I can strengthen our relationship even more. I was also happy to see Eddie since he got taken away from our original tribe just because I wanted all the tea on what went down during their tribal council haha. I was also happy to see Elizabeth as well. I was upset to lose Matt. Him and I really connected in my opinion, and I loved talking to him.
MIXED TRIBES
At the end of the day, I want the newbies to stick together, but I don’t really know where some of their heads are at, and I also don’t know the relationships they have with each other especially now that we have returnees on our tribe. Even though that’s what I would want, I think I def need to try and find some allies in the returnees because that may be beneficial to me later on in the game. I think it’s just gonna depend tbh
PARTNER TWIST
I actually really like this partner twist, and the fact that we are on opposite tribes makes it even better because we can relay information to each other that's gonna benefit us. So far, Tai has literally given me so much tea on who’s with who, who he trusts and Ive been doing the same minus tea because there was no tea to give. HAHAH. I’m excited to work with him, he seems like he knows the game very well, and has a good read on people. This should be fun.
