Congratulations on surviving the first night! And no tribal until Sunday...but there is still work to be done.

1. First Impressions - we all have 'em. Who has stood out to you in a good way and in a bad way from the first night of socializing?

2. Opening Twist - were there any intros from the other tribes' dossier that stood out to you? And do you have any plans for your newly-minted tribe member?

3. StrandedCoin - this will be the second season of Stranded to feature StrandedCoin! Have you been thinking about how you might use it to your advantage? Has it been discussed amongst your tribemates?

Hey hey! First night is down and now I'm ready for the weekend. I must say it's been a bit of an adjustment from what I'm used to in ORGS! No characters or schticks or several paragraphs of fun fluff per message lol and the whole chat thing is something I've never done in an ORG either. I gotta say I felt a little bit overwhelmed last night with all these messages coming at me at once. It's obviously easier that they're super short but it's still crazy different. I also just don't know how to approach messaging still? I want to find a good balance messaging everyone but not annoying the hell out of them either lol we'll see how that goes.

1. First impressions were pretty great actually! I went over this a bit in my last confessional but it's a super fun group so far. Matt is my definite favourite since we have so much in common and just clicked pretty naturally. I also loved talking with Shamar and Hope so those three would be my faves at the moment. Everyone else seemed pretty cool for the most part! Eddie is no longer with us though I do worry about his longevity on the other tribe. He was super sweet but from talking to some of the others he seemed to be just asking the same random questions to everyone "what food do you hate" and "what are your dreams in life" and like he was cute...but I think he needs to dig deeper to find a more personal connection. Brandon is a little strange because he actually is going with some kind of Brandon Hantz schtick which hey, I can appreciate that. But it seems quite out of place since no-one else is doing that and I've been hearing actual personal stuff about their lives. Hopefully will have some more 1 on 1 time today! Reynold has not been around...I think I saw him online before? But he obviously needs to pick it up.

2. Lol some of those dossiers were certainly interesting. Mine was boring as hell butI guess that's fine since I don't think I'd want to be in Eddie's position right now. I voted for the one who hated ketchup (wtf devil incarnate alert) and said they suck at challenges because they smoke too much weed lol. I'm a drag race fan so I gotta hunt down whoever mentioned that in their dossier! Oh and whoever number 4 was....lol they were obviously trying hard to make a name for themselves but uh we'll see if that pays off for them!

I'm really enjoying Elizabeth so far! I'm sure she wasn't ready to be all switched around but she's made a great first impression. My plan for Elizabeth is to get in good with her and make her feel comfortable. I know we need to worry about the idol and perhaps it will need to be flushed at one point but I want her on my side. I have no idea if she made any good connections before she swapped or if she's friends with anyone else outside this, but when it comes to a swap I want to know that she'll have my back and not vote me out over someone else.

3. I haven't really discussed the coins with anyone yet. I'm sure as the game progresses it will get much more interesting and important but for now it's on the backburner. I'll still be trying to get as much of it as I can though...if it's used for advantages or items then I want to be prepared so we don't have to deal with some Advantagegeddon or something!

Okay time for an update! I'm feeling okay about tribal council tonight which is good...though that's kind of a lie since for some reason I do feel nervous lol but I don't think I'll be the one leaving. I'd like to think I can trust everyone here but lets get through this first tribal to start with!

An alliance has come together with me, Matt, Liz, Shamar, Alexis and Michael which is great. It seemed like we were all kind of saying we were each other's standouts so it just seemed to make sense. Matt is still my main man and at this point I'm definitely prepared to go all the way with him. Also looooooving Liz, she's a whole lot of fun and we've gotten into a fair amount of game stuff. Shamar is super sweet and I'm real happy he's apart of this too. He needed a little bit of help finding the group chat and doing the challenge but he's super likeable so once he gets the hang of things I think he'll be a force. Alexis and I got into things a bit too last night. It seems she kind of helped bring this group together so props for that! Then Michael I've probably talked the least game with but he's definitely a good guy.

I actually don't know how tonight will end? A few people have just been saying they want to see how active people are today and go from there. Allie told me she prefers Reynold to go because he wasn't there on opening and hasn't been around that much. Now I get he's a bit behind from that but I really don't want to see him out first here. He seems super sweet and genuine, just someone who would be loyal, you know? I think the only thing is that a few others haven't really heard from him much either so I don't want to screw myself by fighting too hard. Really just hoping he works hard today so he's in people's good books.

Laura's also been mentioned as someone who hasn't been around as much, with even Hope and Erik kind of quieter too. The thing with Brandon is that he has been around but not talking much, at least not in private. Making a personal connection with him has been a bit tricky because he just doesn't want to chat. Like I've sent him a few messages to try and get the convo going but they go nowhere. Then for the first time he sent me a message first, I replied to him, but then he didn't say anything else after that lol. So like...I would prefer to see him leave but he has been around and people might take that into consideration. Gotta be waving my palm to try and get my way.
