I don't know how to say this without sounding cocky... but if these people were smart, they would get rid of me tonight. I don't think that is going to happen though
1. It's the last vote a steal a vote or an idol can be played. Do you know who may or may not have these advantages, how do you plan to use it to your advantage? Or how do you plan around it?
I do not know who has t he hidden immunity idol, though I really hope it's Sherri. I need Steph out of this game, tonight! She is the most likely person to steamroll wins to make it to the end of the game. Which is not good for me since I'm a vet and we don't really have a solid relationship.
Hope has the steal a vote advantage and I gave her the perfect plan to use it so that our core 3 are safe no matter what (see previous episode). If she plays it like I told her to, we will all make the final 5 and will hold the majority with Michael being expendable if Sherri/Steph win immunity tomorrow night. So basically, the final 4 is within my grasp, as long as Hope doesnt fuck up the steal a vote tonight.
2. Who do you want to sit next to at the end?
I'm fine with sitting at the end with Hope, Sherri, or Matt. I think I could beat Michael as well. Let me give some reasons why for each:
- Hope: She has played a great game but she has been a follower for most of it. No one has targeted her because they wanted her as a number as she is known to go along with the majority. I think it will be hard for her to convince a jury that she had control of the game for more than like 1 round.
- Matt: Matt is a super sweet guy but what has he done? I mean flipping on Sherri and Steph to come with me and Hope was a pretty smart move that will pay off for him. But he has always voted with the majority and hasn't developed a plan on his own. The only thing he has going for him is that he doesnt have blood on his hands, but I'm confident I can combat against that.
- Sherri: She was such a big threat at the merge and even a few rounds after the merge. But she hasn't done anything since the Liz boot. In my eyes, she is simply just surviving, she has no strategy. That is why I have tried to take her under my wing. I need her to make it further than Steph so that no matter who is left, they want me at the end with them.
- Michael: He is like the most hated person left in this game. The jury for sure hates him and I find it hard that he can convince them that he should win. He may have carried me for a few rounds but if he makes it to the end, it's because I carried him there. It's okay to lay low around F9-F11 but laying so low at the endgame is not going to get you the win.
3. Does the threat of individual immunity wins affect your strategy going forward?
I'm trying to think of this one night at a time. But to answer your question, yes, it plays into the strategy going forward. I guess I'm going to make another list lol. Below are the people who CANNOT win immunity for the remaining challenges:
- Tuesday - Steph cannot win, ideally, she gets voted out
- Wednesday - Sherri cannot win, ideally, she gets voted out
- Thursday - Michael cannot win, ideally, he gets voted out
F3: Hope, Matt, & Jessica
Hope and I have a disagreement on who is a bigger threat between Sherri and Steph. I'm trying to get her to see that Steph could win her way to the end and Sherri has been a potato for the last 3 rounds. We shall see. I mean she technically has the power, but I'm leading the way.
4. Bonus question for you - the jury, at this point, is composed of 50% returning players. What kind of game do you think they want to see at the end? And do you think it's any different from the new players?
For the returning players, I think they want to see someone who took control of not only their fate, but the game. If I was on the jury, I would want to see a confident player who knew that some moves were risky but were willing to take the risk to get to where they want to be. I don't think me being a vet will automatically get me any vote if I make the finals. I want to earn it by proving my game was better than the other 2 sitting beside me. I do fear that the newbies on the jury will not want a vet to win. So I will be working on those.
I know that Discord is different but I've been to FTC 3 out of 6 games on Discord. I have learned how to address the jury and how to read the people who are on the fence and focus on their votes specifically. I'm hoping that if I make it to FTC, this will play in my favor. Knowing what to expect and how to react, can be the difference of 1 or 2 votes that could get me the title.
