Okay I'll do my confessional now. Let's see...
1-Talk to us about your swap tribe. Who are you excited to see? Who were you upset to lose?
I am upset to lose Wardog. Maybe Jess too, but I'm glad she's on the other tribe because she would have been loyal to Hannah and Aurora here.
Stephanie proposed a couple alliances to me but they didn't make a ton of sense. I think Hannah, Aurora, Steph, Jed, and Jess were sitting happily in control. Like I wasn't in the dark, I was included, but I was TOLD the plan too. I.e. it came from somewhere else. Whatever. It's not a huge deal.
I'm just glad myself, Tai, and Rocker are together and can't be scapegoated for last tribal. I am also glad that the Boring Bitches (Steph, Jed, Hannah, Aurora) are split up and I'm not at their mercy.
2-Talk us through tribal tonight. What was your ultimate reason for your vote?
My initial vote was about conceding and playing along with the majority, while doing my best to make Eddie feel comfortable so that he would go regardless. I feel dumb not yelling at Garrett and telling him No when he wanted to stray on Missy. I should have counted out the votes.
I wanted Garrett to survive because he was easier to talk to, and because in my gut I knew he trusted me. Plus he, yknow, didn't have a public idol.
I felt something like a friendship with him, so after Eddie didn't use his idol, there's no way I wasn't voting to keep Garrett.
Like. We can get rid of someone with unpredictable activity who nobody feels close to AND HAS AN IDOL. Or we can get rid of someone active for ""overplaying"" in Round 1. Like? Idk, I don't want to call them idiots and I totally understand why Missy needed him gone, but the rest?
Also Hannah, Aurora, Jed, even Missy and kind of Steph... even Jess in some ways literally NO game talk beyond "this is the split" type of thing. I hated that tribe lol. A lot of the "Fans" feel better socially and WAY easier to talk to after one night of messaging. Which is a relief.
Idk why Hannah is so condescending during tribal either lol. Or why Steph got so aggro. Or why Aurora was being so cryptic "we're good I stuck with the plan." Jed whispering too, like..... yall. It's Round 1 and a tie. You can't get backlash and there's only two options. Like what did they think would happen? How hard was it to say "nah I'm keeping my vote on Garrett" like...
The fact that Wardog and I were the only two who said clearly who we were voting.... idiots. And they'll get what's coming to them. Unless they don't and wind up controlling the game, which would suck, so let's not allow for that to happen.
3-Now that the tribes are mixed, are you planning on staying strong with your original tribe? or do you think it's time for you to find new allies?
No lmfao. Well. I'm sticking with Tai and hopefully Rocker.
All the bland people were in control on Te Poto. It was kind of tortorous in that sense. And if we don't take some of them out while we have the chance they'll control the game.
Most of the fans I've met are fun and engaging. And can carry on a conversation. So ideally myself and Tai make good impressions such that Hannah and Aurora are on the outs. It's concerning that the nexus of control on initial Te Poto was so lifeless. Or maybe I was just on the outer rungs and they were shutting me out. Either way, some of those five who voted Garrett need to go ASAP.
4-What are your thoughts on the partner twist? How do you plan to utilize your cross tribal communication?
Eddie is a good partner because I had JUST burned a major bridge with him. By stating publicly I wanted him out lol. So I'm glad we're partners because it gives us an easy thing to bond over.... and ideally he won't be coming after me now.
Cross tribal commutation will be key. Idk how that will work with Eddie though. He already wants Wardog out which I will try my best to talk him out of...
