Three tribals before the end! This has been a really long season, eh? I went back onto the Stranded website and this must be one of the seasons with the highest number of rounds. Unless there's a finale/double type of thing coming up, but yeah.
Anyway... yay! Very happy to have made F6, but as I've said before... I feel so lucky with this season, coming back where most returnees didn't know me, and I didn't get targeted for being a troll or crazy in the Skype/Discord over the years. So like. That was a blessing. And I'm not saying I have the best chance right now, I think I may be lower on the list of probable winners in this end-game, but on a meta level this IS my season to win or lose. And I'm going to do whatever I can to make that happen.
Also I've been doing a lot of ~memory lane~ type of stuff and like... wow. It never sunk in how many FI people have come back over the years. And we have Cassandra and Mookie too who I would love to join in the winner circle. Plus I know Flicka came back and got fifth on her next season, so call me competitive and I do love her, but another one of my goals is to do better than that here lol. Of course with the main goal being to win.
1. It's the last vote an advantage can be played. What's going through your head on how to handle these?
First and foremost I need to be on the same page as Hope. Because she's going to control this vote... unless the rest of us just agree to get rid of her which is plausible, but I don't see that happening.
If she agrees to go after Jess or Michael that would be ideal, but again, pretty far fetched.
What I think is most likely.... it's going to be Sherri targeted and then Matt and I will pretend to be okay with it, then we'll save her with the idol. Unless the others and Hope expect her to have it, in which case they may go after me which would be bad, but yeah. We'll figure all of that out today.
2. Who do you want to sit next to at the end?
I love Hope and she's pitching a FTC deal with me, but no. I think she's the clear winner now that Alexis is gone.
So I have two....
My head wants Michael/Jess. My heart wants Sherri/Matt. We'll see which wins out. And it depends on what happens tonight too, the advantages might give us an unpredictable result.
3. Does the threat of individual immunity wins affect your strategy going forward? You've won two of the more recent individual immunities, do you think that's a strength or a weakness going forward?
You know what? I'm starting to think that maybe... if I can try really hard and win a couple more challenges... then I'll be less worried about going to the end with Sherri and Matt. Because it'll give me more to hang my hat on.
Right now I'm worried they both outshine me because they have strong bonds elsewhere and they've both found idols. But if I can win a couple more challenges, then I'll have that and the other points I was considering in that situation.
So I think it's a strength going forward because it'll help me in the end against my "heart" F3... or any F3. Presuming I can win more. You could say it's a weakness too though because if I lose tonight Michael/Jess and maybe even Hope might decide to go after me instead of Sherri.... but at the same time there's only three challenges left as is. Which means I'm only a challenge threat for people who don't want to sit next to me. And using that logic the people who would target me at F6 or later for being "a challenge threat" are the people who would target me regardless.
