Wow! A surprise live double round that resulted in Tai and Allie leaving! A couple of questions about that.
1. Would you say that you were more of a listener or a talker during the round? Who was doing the most talking and whispering? Who were you relying on?
2. Were Tai and Allie going good for your game? Why or why not?
3. The votes tonight seemed like pretty clear majorities in both cases. Is there a large group that needs to be broken up? Or are things more fluid?
4. Who is the biggest threat to your game right now? One player only, no cheating!
BONUS IF YOU HAVE TIME
You got the second clue to the idol! What's your plan with it? Have you started searching?
1.) Oh I was for SURE a talker. And in this case, I'm interpreting talking to be non-verbal as well. I have no idea why the fuck I bid on the clue and it was probably the stupidest thing I did last night. I just went hard in like...every aspect of the game and I need to dial it back. I relied most on Hope, Michael, and Rocker last night, but Steph and Sherri ended up being key too. I feel like by not including Liz early on, I basically started a Cold War with her, so this will be fun. Rocker told her I am "playing a much bigger game without her" than she realized, which makes me feel a bit redeemed for not just playing for Liz and shooting that narrative down, but also worried because I think I broke our trust even though I asked her if it's cool that we gun for Allie. It was too little, too late, I think.
2.) I think both boots were good for my game. Tai gone certainly is. Did I go for Allie too prematurely? Possibly. My intention was to signal to the other three (Sherri, Steph, and Matt) that I'm not just a lap dog for Liz. I think it worked, but I'm dealing with the fall out now. All of my favorite people from this cast are currently still in the game, so every boot from here on out is going to be terrible for me on a personal level and I think I'm going to be the number one person receiving backlash from people on the way out.
3.) The think the group is fairly fluid, which is part of what I wanted to accomplish by a unanimous Tai boot + "flipping" to work with Sherri and Steph to take out Allie. Nothing is clear cut at this point and I feel in the middle for the next round or two, but with a giant target on my back. After last night, I genuinely feel like I'm wearing a sign on my back that says, "KICK ME."
4.) Biggest thread to my game right now is probably Michael. We are so extricably linked via Jess and Liz that I don't know how I do anything without him without making things incredibly messy. I know I interpreted this question in a different way, but I think my alliance with Matt and Michael is kind of holding me back now.
I genuinely do want to go to the end with Liz, but at this point I feel extremely loyal to Rocker beyond everyone else. He's the ally I haven't questioned once throughout. And that's a shock to me. It will also be very hard to go against Hope any time soon.
IDOL BONUS Q: Lmfao. Yes I did get that clue. And basically everyone and their mother has it now. You're welcome, tribe! Have at it! I didn't win out on that move at all except by maybe buying good will with people, but I doubt it did much. I have tried a few guesses, but can't get far without that first clue. Anyway, I'm dumb. This game is going to be the death of me.
I am sitting back tonight and not going to push a name one way or the other. I'm leaning voting Sherri, which I know is dirty, but at this point Sherri and Steph are the only people I haven't discussed end game with.
