Dear Stranded!

Oh. My. Gosh. The sweetest boy ever has swapped onto my lil' ole pink tribe of friends. AND HE'S LEFT HANDED TOO. We haven't gotten into anything TOO strategy heavy just yet, that won't come until AT LEAST the third council. But not even my handsome and simultaneously pathetic boyfriend Ronald makes me feel comfortable in this way. I don't want to go around making things *official* just yet, but I think this could be the one. My one true Strandy ally. SO many geeks and losers here and abroad, yet I'm able to so comfortably bond over baseball, life, philosophy all with this great new guy friend. I hope I wasn't talking too much. I called him a Madison Bumgarner type, the more I think about it he's kind of more of a Tommy Glavine. UGH, what if I'm in over my head here and I'm accidentally chatting with a Warren Spahn of Stranded TM. I hope I didn't overshare about my current life drama. Would he even want to work with a girl who so blatantly throws her relationship drama on the table like that? Talk about a blindside. I can't let anyone on the tribe know I feel this way, I mean maybe when we're all comfortable in a few weeks Shamar can watch- but for now I need to sleep on the other side of the shelter from John Rocker. That John Rocker, what a handsome, thoughtful and well spoken gentleman.

I sent Hannah 3 coins for her idol clue to the pink camp. My boy Brando sent me the green tribe clue, so now I have 1 clue to both idols and there is zero chance of me solving either riddle. An idol for me would be cool, solving the green tribes riddle and putting an idol in Brandon, aka the new backup's hands would be really funny. I reiterate, I am not going to be able to solve squat in this game. I can be bright and I enjoy the fun math, but I'm not necessarily clever or cutesy. I don't make puns, and yet, I survive.

I'll deal with idols by hoping people tell me about idols. A good social player shouldn't have to worry as much right? I placed my threat level extremely low entering this game, it's probably not as low now that folks see I'm not a troll, but I still can't be in the top half of threatening players right? I don't want to be seen as a threat OR good at challenges that needs to be idoled out. But I also want to be strong and social enough people tell me this shit. there's a line. I'll probably get better at this as we go

I'm not saying Alexis is my new plan A in this game, but I do feel great with her. Maybe this is a giant gaffe but us returnees feel they are kind of a "Solid 6" of a voting bloc. If that's the case the new players will just pick who to go. Stephannie freaking CRUSHED that challenge, and along with being cool/likable with everyone she probably surpassed me in value tonight in the eyes of the new players. I don't want to say I discounted Stephannie, because I didn't, but she's a strong player. Maybe that's where I should have been looking for friends all along lol. Glad I kept a good enough dialogue with her that we're cool. And we are "Eddie voters", who knows what that means. It's a nothing narrative idk if it will keep getting pushed. Also she switched onto Eddie. Both Stephs so hard for me to figure out in this game.

I do feel comfortable for at least 2 votes on this tribe. Hannah/Aurora/Tai seem like they'd be on the hot seat. I don't understand the Hannah/'Rora stuff. It sounds like Aurora's partner fed her bad intel IMO. I think she (Aurora) just had a really bad day. but whatever happened with her and Hannah is so weird, now all of a sudden Hannah wants to ditch Aurora completely. I thought they were an existing tandem that would be great for Jess and me to hitch onto. Towards the end of the day I just started going to Hannah first with everything, whether she might to usurp Aurora in my eyes or not it's kind of happened. I even recommended to Alexis they keep Aurora. HOW. EMBARRASSING. I'm still good with Tai too, if we wind up going to council and voting Aurora----Tai is still my buddy. I'm kind of equally close with them all though. We're disorganized fucks though just waiting to be consumed by the (better) new players


We crushed the challenge. Stephannie especially obv. I was not even close. I am maybe the worst competitor on this tribe. lets do jeopardy, or how about just baseball jeopardy? Optimistic we'll be able to keep winning. For the most part I do think we communicated well.


Some thoughts on Jess and the other tribe:
So this time they went the easy route, burned Eddie's idol (via him not playing it and he just went home) and predictably Brando was the backup vote. I told Brandon to go be a number for Wardog and the kid voted Wardog. Liz seems like a real power player for now, what with an idol, allies in the girls from the new players tribe, and probably she has a good thing with Jess and Jed. I hope Jess is having fun, she seems to be setup well enough. It is true that females haven't even been voted for yet, and they should be girlstrong over there. I don't think that stuff matters here where I assume 80p of posters are just gay guys. I don't know the real story with Stephanie and Jed, I guess I have the resources available to me to actually look some of that up

Original pink team members slowly becoming more discernible. Reynold told he was going to "dab"....I'm not sure what that means in kid speak. Once upon a time I think it meant LSD to me. Is Reynold tripping balls before the challenge? Regardless I gotta get with that guy. Sorry I ever didn't think of that

Sure Cochran. I really like your thumb placements and the upwards direction they face. Usually they are planted squarely UP MY OWN BUTT.I don't know who you are but to your credit I admit you are consistently online at the pre-breakfast hour.

1. Alexis (I mean, tentatively)
2.Hannah - Still "truly" closer to Hannah and will share all game stuff with Hannah as of now. She also seems good at the game, unlike most of the vets
3. Stephannie - She's been straight to me, and again, looks like a good player
4. Shamar - I need troops from these new guys. Shamar and I have gone great, Alexis says he's already on her squad. sounds like we just need to consumate
5. Aurora - Still really like Aurora, but she managed to tank herself with paranoia from her secret buddy. Idk even where she landed with me at the end of the day. She started the day as my #1 ally in the game
6. Tai - Tai is definitely not innocent in scheming and being messy here. I believe him to be on my side though so still above the rest of the pink guys
